Escher

For our third project with Chard Development, Resolve Design filmed and produced a series of six vignettes profiling Downtown Victoria businesses, each speaking to the vibrancy and immediacy of the downtown lifestyle. We also produced an overall project video for Escher, speaking with key stakeholders on the design and planning behind its development for a firsthand view of their vision and passion for the project. The videos were launched in a series of posts through social media channels, providing a phased rollout of fresh content versus a potentially repetitive marketing campaign.

The films were also available on the project website, as well as the presentation centre on the custom touchscreen sales tool designed and developed by Resolve. The application provided an image-rich, immersive interface for prospective buyers to view floorplans by suite or by plan type, to compare plans side-by-side, to visualize suite customisation options, and to learn about building features, neighbourhood amenities, and the team behind Escher’s development. Sold suites we’re highlighted directly on the app in all plan view options and easily updated by the sales team via an integrated spreadsheet.

An accompanying motion graphics video loop of downtown imagery and branded messaging served both practically as a screensaver and functionally as an attractor, drawing visitors to the touchscreens and providing subtle animation to the sales centre environment.
